No photos of the eaten plate this time. I was gifted a mas voucher for my birthday in August 2023 and decided to keep it for January 2024 to use on Mas @ home as we were expecting a baby. A meal that you heat and eat is a very good thing in those first few weeks! Well, first was the voucher: really glad we didn't wait any longer as it turned out the cold hard cash with no end date was only valid for 6 months. A really short time and given it wasn't for a fixed meal but a fixed value towards the bill, if prices changed during a longer valid duration this would not be a problem so I think this could change to at least 12 months. Onwards to the food; I bought the fiesta box which had 4 tacos and 2 quesadillas, as well as a nacho sharing platter. Really, on the nachos just make half the amount and save the rest for day 2, it was so much we put half of it in the bin because we just couldn't eat no more. The tacos were delicious, great flavour and really enjoyed The quesadillas on the other hand felt more like a tortilla cheese toastie where it was the salsas and pickled red onion that did all the flavour. Maybe that's the intention with the quesadillas here, especially as they need to be suitable to finishing cooking at home when ready to eat, so a tricky one. Overall they were still very enjoyable, but I would have rather than another batch of tacos! The staff whilst I collected were lovely and the restaurant seemed like a great place to dine that I would like to do in house someday.
