Now, MADCATS. Was there last night, GREAT BAND, when will they be back? Don't want to miss them. Surprisingly very good food (more like restaurant, than bar) and very attentive service. Looking forward to returning. Side note, details matter, impressed "to-go box" is microwave & dishwasher safe, so it can be reused - good for environment. Thank you!

The closure of Mac's was why I stopped coming to Palatine. It was the first place that actually allowed me to step up to the mic to sing even when I wasn't exactly ready with a song. The owners were kind and generous. And it was the best time of my life going there. I will forever miss it. And wish it could return. I drive by often and just dream of the place it was. And it hasn't even been that long. But it feels like so long.

We had a great time playing music for our friends, family and regulars this past Sunday at Mac's On Slade in Palatine. We want to express our thanks and appreciation to Jeff Van Horn , his partners and staff in supporting live music seven nights a week! BTW - the food is exceptional!
