This is one of the best meals I have ever had. Exquisite. If you haven't yet been, do yourself a favour, book and go. I can't recommend Madam & Adam highly enough. Oh, and the service is great too.

We ate here on a Friday evening while staying in Hereford as a base for exploring the area. The place is small with 18 covers and stuffy in hot weather as it has no A/C.Madam has an annoying habit of saying “Thank You” repeatedly in any conversation: see the sarcasm in her reply to our review below. All dishes are sharing “small plates” - think largish tapas - so at £11 to £12 each these are overpriced and the cost of a meal for two mounts up. The cooking is competent but fussy, as small plates do not do the ingredients or dishes justice. Pigeon breast was well over: dry and stringy which also begs questions of the kitchen. The wine list as with all restaurants hikes up plonk by 400%. However, you are unlikely to find better eating in Hereford.
