The food was excellent (as usual) and I enjoyed it a lot. Great cuisine! Nevertheless, this was my fourth visit, and I think it was the worst. I didn’t like that the waiters kept changing (in total, we were served by 3 servers). From our table, it was visible that the kitchen was not super clean and the noise from the kitchen was a bit distracting. The service felt somewhat rushed. The service ended after maybe 1h45m and already 10 minutes later we got a bill (as I guess there was a next reservation coming). Also, the cutlery policy is a bit weird. I think it wouldn't hurt to serve a new set with each service. And if not, then there should be some hygienic spot to put them on between dishes.
