Our waitress was kind and attentive. The food was disappointing. Stale sourdough toast that was hard as a rock. Jims hash is canned hash. Potatoes were flavorless. Even the eggs were less-than. If we come back we will order a Benedict instead, because everyone gives it rave reviews. The coffee was delicious, by the way!

Hubby and I doing a little trip to Half Moon Bay and had to stop at the Main Street Grill. This place is a perfect candidate for "Diners Drive-ins and Dives" It's a total hole in the wall joint with that perfect neighborhood "everyone knows your name vibe" The cost was spot on in an age where everything is to expensive and the food was just what you want from a Diner. Stick to your ribs home cooking breakfast just like Mom would make. My Husband had the Egg Benedict with spinach, tomatoes, and artichoke. He said it was the best he ever had. I had the Main Street scramble and the sausage was very flavorful without being the least bit greasy and there was a ton of Meat. Lastly we just had to try the Honey Wheat Pancakes The were wonderful and had this hint of nutmeg and a faint hint of cinnamon, may me think of the Holidays. Heck I would come back just to have the pancakes. If your in the area this is a great place to stop
