After watching History Colorado Center, have a meal at Make Believe Bakery. Among other Vegetarian cuisune places to eat at, this confectionary restaurant can be one of the best. The cooks here prepare tasty strawberry shortcake. Enjoy good cupcakes, cinnamon rolls and chocolate cookies that are served at Make Believe Bakery. Tasting the delicious coffee is a good idea.
The professional service is something these restaurateurs care about. This place is a must-see for its tasty food as well as for the fancy decor. This spot has got Google 4.4 according to the guests' opinions.

Wowwwwwwww. As a long time vegan, I have been all over the country visiting vegan bakeries- Make Believe is in my top 3 BEST! Blown away by everything we got here. What we got: - the hoho cupcake: huge in size. Super moist & dense & super rich chocolate cupcake stuffed with cream. This was my fave out of what we got. - chocolate/vanilla cake slice: HUGE in size. Just as moist & dense as the hoho. Wonderful flavor. Delicious & generous amount of frosting. Took us a couple nights to finish it - oatmeal sandwich cookie: super soft & flavorful oatmeal cookies STUFFED to the max with cream filling. Seriously, to die for. - cosmic brownie: this place knows how to make their desserts super rich & moist. WOW! So yummy. Honestly, everything we got was hands down mind blowing. We visited from out of state and this place was a must visit and it lived up to the hype and more. I will be forever dreaming of this bakery Wish we loved local because I’d LIVE here. Haha.

This is the most consistent gluten and dairy free option for desserts besides Rhinelander‘s bakery in Old Town Arvada. Everywhere else has hours that are so inconsistent that you never get to go. However, Make Believe Bakery offers consistency, bold options, and delicious flavors (vanilla, chocolate, & swirl) of ice cream. Their combination of their baked goods with their ice cream and toppings make this experience the reason you come back over and over again. Come by earlier in the day because they have one constant disappointment, they sell out of your favorite cream or baked goods. Regardless, their baked good are enough to send you home satisfied.
