It's nice, but it's also an award winning noodle store that was born out of the streets of Hong Kong; so don't expect them to be your typical Michelin star dining experience. Mak's noodles here at Central is one of the many stores that they have regionally. It has good flavors, good representation, and good consistencies. Springy noodles, lovely textures, and flavorful soup. Got ourselves a bowl of wonton & dumpling noodles, and beef brisket & tendon noodles. Got squeezed into a small table, got our noodles, ate, and left shortly after paying.
