Dear Gary, Wow, that is a very strong opinion about Malagueta. We would like an opportunity to investigate this review further and ask that you contact us on 0723766619 / 011 609 4910 so that we can try understand your unhappiness with our Family Restaurant. We would also like to know who your waiter was in order to understand the level of service that did not meet your expectation as this will allow us to target our training in that area which will help improve the experience and service. It is a pity that you did not afford us an opportunity on the day because had you called a Manager or even the Owner we would have been able to assist you immediately. Kind Regards Management
