Blah. First time I have ever been served kung pao chicken without peanuts that wasn't at all spicy. Probably a good thing they are being sold.

Mandarin Kitchen Express was a pleasant surprise. This place is run like a machine! The efficiency is fantastic. I spoke to several locals about where to grab some cheap eats and they all said Mandarin. The prices are absolutely reasonable. The portions are massive and the taste, well what I had slapped. I ordered the one entree of bourbon chicken and lo mein. You won’t find a better deal in Fargo for $8. Thanks for the great meal! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10
