Mesón Manger

Mesón Manger is a great restaurant located in the heart of Lugo, close to the old city walls and the cathedral. It is the perfect place to enjoy typical Galician food in a cozy and homely atmosphere. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, from the Pilgrim's menu for 22 Euros with octopus as a starter and a second course to choose from, to the Meson menu for 34 Euros for two people with croquettes, octopus, potatoes, bread, dessert, water and a glass of Ribeiro. The staff is very friendly and attentive, always willing to help. The food is delicious and homemade, with high quality ingredients. Some of their specialties are the octopus, the croquettes, the Galician broth, the milanesa and the tarts. Prices are very reasonable and the portions are generous. All in all, Mesón Manger is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a traditional Galician restaurant with great food and service. Highly recommended!
