Exquisite Latin American and Asian fusion. From fresh sashimi, to tempura fish tacos, to creamy guacamole, to Korean fried chicken, to all the wonderful sides like cauliflower/potato puree or sweet potato with almond puree. This place is a Cabo must. Oh and the views make this a perfect romantic fine dining experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The place is special, it has a dream view, the service is good, the food is delicious, it has a good feeling. BUT I expected more to be from Chef Enrique Olvera, if I would go again. We had a truly exceptional dinner at Manta las weekend. We were a group of 10 celebrating a friend’s birthday. As we were a large group we had to order a prix fixe family style meal which I wasn’t that happy about when I booked the table, but it ended up being the best way to taste most of the dishes on the menu. The restaurant was very accommodating to those with dietary restrictions in our group, providing extra dishes so that those people had just as much food and variety. I can’t praise the food enough; every dish was a flavor sensation and perfectly cooked and presented. There truly wasn’t a weak dish in the meal. There was also so much food- a very substantial 5 courses- in the prix fixe. The service and atmosphere (black and sleek, with nice ambient lighting) were also phenomenal. I will not forget this dining experience.
