The food is delicious, the view is unbeatable, the place is very comfortable, only the service does not meet the expectations of the place, the waiters are somewhat inattentive, you had to be looking for the waiter since they were not aware of the service. It would be my only bad note about it, from there on out the food and the view are spectacular and for this reason I recommend this place to enjoy fresh seafood. So very disappointed not only was it Valentine's Day but our anniversary, we've been in Cancun 9 years now every year we will go to marbella's should have known ,last year was the worst service and this year was even worse.. after 259 dollars US and food poisoning, call for 2 days to speak to the manager about this. We've always come for the food but the waiters are always catering to their own, I must say though the bus boy was more attentive to me than my own waiterwhich had the nerve to ask me was 15% for a tip okay which I declined. I felt so bad for my husband on my anniversary hearing his wife from both ends up checking and pooping spoiled crab leg out all night long.. Tourist be aware , be very aware I should not have to ask for my $2 hundtrf$29 crab legs to be sent back because they were cold , shame shame marbella , I should have listened and went to flamingos Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: MX$200–300 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
