Our experience at Marcello's Pizzeria was disheartening on multiple fronts. Despite being longtime customers who love the food, our 50-minute wait took an unfortunate turn when we requested a charger from the host due to a dead phone. The host's dismissive response, claiming they had no charger and had "other stuff to take care of," set a negative tone. Matters escalated when the manager, instead of addressing concerns, abruptly thanked us for the business and told us to leave. Though a colleague's apology offered a brief respite, it couldn't overshadow the manager's arrogant and rude demeanor. As we left, we were joined by others who found the manager's behavior unacceptable. Marcello's Pizzeria, once a place we cherished, now stands as a disappointing example of poor customer service and a lack of appreciation for loyal patrons. Service: 1

We were totally disappointed with the service and food. Not sure if they have had a change in staff cooks, but the seafood pasta was horrible. The fried calamari covered in salt. Very disappointed. The pizzas were hard as a rock. We would go for dinner at least 5 to 6 times a year. Will not return.

I am not happy with the service. The server was very rude to us arguing with us she made a mistake taking the order I asked for spagetti di Mazara and she understood spagetti di mare . She did not agree that she made a mistake and did not stop arguing with me.Me and my family are very good customers. I guess I won,t go back
