Awful experience!! WARNING DO NOT EAT AT MARCO'S PIZZA IN MOUNT VERNON OHIO! Employee didn't wash hands after coming from the restroom. Seen a hair on my pizza when the employee showed me my pizza. I asked to talk to the manager because I was grossed out. Manager TJ took my pizza over to where they cut the pizza brought it back to me and said he didn't see anything and if I didn't want that pizza I could go get pizza somewhere else. He refused to give me my money back. During this process I could not help but to notice he smelled like marijuana. What has happened to this place!!?? In the last month this place has went down hill. Hair in my food, employees not washing hands plus most of the employees look dirty and are rude. Never again Marcos! I will only go to Ron's and Dirko's for Pizza.
