Amazing dinner from start to finish.  We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and very well taken care of throughout our dinner.  All courses were creative, well thought out and executed perfectly.  The sommelier was a treasure and described each pairing beautifully.  We are already looking forward to our next visit!

If you love truffles this is the go to place on Oahu Amazing experience! I went during the soft opening and let me say I was not disappointed! The staff was very helpful. Got the $100 pre fixie meal, the menu only list the main ingredient however I learned from our waiter that the chef makes a different line up each day depending on the ingredients they acquired. The courses are moderate in size but because you're getting so many it's very filling. I ordered a Tahitian lime & yuzu soda which tasted like a crisp sprite. It was very good! I got to pick the truffle that will be used for my courses and the amount of grams I wanted to purchase to be used throughout my meal. The truffle is billed as a separate line item. 20-50g is the recommended amount for all courses. I got 30g. Each course was beautifully plated and the portioned out truffle shaved table side. I loved all the dishes, but my favorite was the scallop and wagyu course. I would definitely go there again for dinner. I listed all entrees below. 1st: Minced Mushroom on a cracker w/truffle. 2nd: Scallop on heart of palm purée, micro greens finished with a little olive oil 3rd: Raw oyster w/mouse topped w/ dehydrated strawberry, jelly & green onion(scallion). Ahi tartare w/avocado & micro greens on a cracker. Mini shrimp egg roll 4th: Mini eggs in a basket w/a demi glacé topped w/ truffle 5th: Waygu steak, potato gratin & truffle 6th: Tamago kake gohan topped w/truffle (forgot to take a photo) 7th: Panko breaded seared ono topped w/ micro greens on a bed of ginger/yuzu cabbage 8th: Pasta w/ragu sauce (possibly a Bolognese sauce) 9th: Mango parfait (mango, mango sorbet, mango pudding, caramelized graham cracker) Small treat: Pudding in a chocolate cracker shell shaped like a truffle on chocolate covered cereal flakes.
