Best tamales in the area by far! They are enormous! The masa is seasoned and not bland and they FILL the tamales with so much delicious meat! From end to end! I can only eat half of one. The people are extremely friendly and you can tell they really believe in the quality of their food. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

The fat guy with glasses is super rude and asked me to leave because I told him his birria has gone bad and still expected me to eat it even after it smelled rotten and his waitress also agreed with me. Mind you I had literally been there less than 10 minutes and he already said to go else where. He refused to get me something else because he said this was a LOSS for him even though you can clearly smell the food had gone bad. What should I have done, eaten it and get food poisoning? Unfortunately he’s the owner. So disappointed don’t waste your time or money here horrible customer service and very disappointing. I always get the chile relleno with meat & veggies inside. I like the enchiladas as well. But Maribel's is the ONLY place that has the full sized Italian cannolis. Not the dinky finger sized ones all the other places have.They're delicious to boot! Cannoli heaven has arrived in California, and it's home is Maribel's bakery =)
