We visited Mama Roma on Rogozerskaya - on September 1, we booked a table in advance for 8 people, including three children. For some reason, the wardrobe did not work, the jackets had to be piled up on a free chair. Dishes were served for a long time, randomly and not very hot. One of the children was brought to tears when the dishes were already brought to all the children, and one child had to wait for almost an hour! And there was the usual fries with nuggets, not anything special. The ordered pizza was never brought (at first the chef disappeared and they were looking for him somewhere, and then, as we were told, some check did not come out of him). On the next table, the waiters threw used dishes with unfinished beer, they threw it, because the glass was lying and it leaked onto the table, onto the armchair and onto the floor. Until they made a remark - no one was even going to clean it up. On this day there was an action - each child was given cocoa. While we pointed this out, nothing was offered to us. At the same time, when we arrived, the boarding was full, but after an hour only half of the seats remained occupied. So it was not a high load. The experience of visiting this establishment was disgusting. I won't be going there again and will recommend to my friends.
