We have strict guidelines in place for ordering, if you can imagine the name crystal is very common as I told you, if 3 crystals ordered we would have a problem identifying which crystal was your mother. Which is why we take a phone number instead. When you walked in you already seemed agitated, when I told you we just need the phone number you exclaimed " seriously?!?" And then I explained to you why we do this. It was a very busy store, with multiple orders very similar to yours. How upset would you have been if I sold your order to another man who said he was picking up for his wife Crystal? I did try to call the number exactly as you stated and they did not answer, what I got from you was that you weren't exactly sure what the order is. I'm sorry that you seemed to be having a bad day and decided to unload some mis placed anger on a women making your food. The customers in the store actually witnessed your behavior and paid for your order you left sitting there. Your review is exactly spot on. And we do not tolerate being yelled at by anyone in our establishment. Anyone who knows me or my store knows that customer service is number one.
