We have been here twice in the span of a 5year long period and both times we had an amazing dinner and a great time. The dishes are delicious and particular, with well designed tastes combinations. Very good value for price in a very nice and quiet part of town. We'll definitely be coming back. Grazie mille!
Our waitress warmly welcomed us in and even asked what our mother tongue was. This was to try and greet us in Spanish. She did the same with French and Italian families that came in. Turns out she has worked there for the past 31 years of the restaurant's 34 years. I wish I had asked for her name! She was quick to offer suggestions and super helpful. We ordered the schnitzel, pork chops, and brats. We also had the potato soup and apple dumplings. All were mouth-watering and freshly made. They tasted what, I would imagine, a German grandmother would cook. Charming little place. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely drop in again.
Simply the best. Berlin visit planning: 1. book flight 2. book a table at marjellchen 3. find a place to stay. Enjoy prussia.
