Rude staff, who do not make an effort to be understood, for example, to ask the price they would look at you dirty if you told them that they did not understand French. Also, the bathroom looked like a pigsty, despite there being only one. Food as bad as can be at any Macdonald's. The other French customers as rude as the waiters. Can we even call it a restaurant? Being polite, I have already visited unsanitary places but this is beyond imagination. I don't even know where to start. I'm just going to recount how events unfolded. We enter, a relatively empty McDonald's, it won't take us long to understand why. Of the several terminals in service, only two work correctly but no ink to print the tickets. In short, we place an order. 30 minutes of waiting, not for lack of staff since he was there but too busy for one to limit himself to making love to his girlfriend on the counter, for the others to laugh and make jokes while watching of all. No problem with that if the rest hadn't been deplorable. The closed toilets are a priori blocked with refusal to open the staff toilets to us, I just remind you that restaurants have the obligation to provide toilets to customers. The non-existent hygiene was such that we really didn't dare to sit down. Unemptied trash cans, greasy tables, vomit-inducing floors. I don't dare imagine the state of the kitchens, and I don't dare make the connection with my state of health the day after a single sandwich. And all this without counting on extremely friendly staff. I quote one of the McDonald's employees who asks a customer to go out since the promenade is closed and responds to her in English 'oh pu**** she's English in more' slapping his forehead and loudly for everyone to hear. This is unheard of. I wonder what the health services or even the site manager are doing. I will call Bordeaux town hall and other organizations to do what is necessary, given previous comments and my recent experience, it is a shame that this restaurant remains open in this state for several months.
