Run by fast and you'll miss it! I was running and running errands in the area when I noticed the Spanish flag in a condo storefront lobby and decided to check it out. Although they have a full course menu as well as a Spanish market for those who can cook, I just enjoyed a couple of their tapas. I started off with a glass of Rosa Nautica albarino. Perfectly light in color, with some mild grapefruit notes, it was a great lead-in to my manchego cheese and serrano platter. Both generously served, with an aromatic serrano & intensely flavored. I tried three of their serrano ham croquettes which were a good lead-in to my main course of Huevos Geovanni. The chef's creation, it's a tasty compilation of simple ingredients:  a mashed potato shell  garnished with basil containing a perfectly runny egg & mushrooms. It was tasty and aesthetically made for social media! Since I was running, I went ahead and splurged on the Torta de San Miguel (almond cake). Made with fresh almonds & set on a vanilla creme base it was light and not excessively sweet. I also want to try their crema catalana next time!

I was dying to eat at this restaurant and I finally had the opportunity to go there.  WOW!! First we had the croquettes which were the best I have ever had here in Miami and in Spain.  We also tried the potatoes and they were delicious.  The sauce was so creamy .  The rice dish we ordered was amazingly good too.  Go and try it you won't regret it.
