The ambience was pleasant. Cozy location with enough high chairs for the little ones on site and a games corner. The sanitary rooms were okay. The food really wasn't great. If you consider the price, the food was actually rather outrageous. Burger 16.80 euros WITHOUT side dish. The portion of fries is another 4.50 euros. The children's portion too. With drinks for 2.5 people it's 53.00 euros. The burger was dry and really nothing special. But it was filling, that was probably the positive thing about the whole thing. We ordered food outside on the terrace with the children. The service was so rude and rude! I've never experienced anything like this! When I called the waitress with a friendly “Excuse me?”, there was only a cheeky hand signal and I was immediately told not to speak! Afterwards, no hello, nothing! You really shouldn't just call people on a first-name basis. I've never been so humiliated. I didn't see that we were given any cutlery. Then I wanted to ask if I could get some. Then she took a whole bunch out of the box for me (you couldn't see it in there) and threw everything in the middle of the table without saying anything. It was cake cutlery, but I wanted to eat my schnitzel with reasonably large cutlery. Apparently she didn't want to get it, but I insisted and instead of putting it on my place, she provocatively threw it back into the box! There were also arrogant looks and head shaking without me doing anything! I still can't believe what happened. If the children hadn't been there, I would have wanted to cause a riot! I would also like to say that as a foreigner I didn't feel very welcome because the other people were served in a friendlier manner. I really hope she gets fired soon because of such behavior. You shouldn't treat your customers like that. That's not fair!
