Had not eaten here in 5 years. Went last night for "the best burger in Loudoun." What a huge disappointment. Took the staff 20 minutes to find our order, which by that time our fries were cold and the onion rings were overcooked and terrible. The burgers had older looking lettuce. The sour dough roll was falling apart, it almost looked stale. The burger had good flavor, but for the price you pay, I was completely pissed that the quality was this lacking. I will not return!

WHAT DID I JUST EAT Definitely prepare yourself when you're going into this burger joint, they're busy for a reason, there burgers are great! So it is difficult to find a seat to sit cause it does take time to eat these burgers lol since they're massive and packed! You are able to see the burgers being cooked right where you're sitting so everything is freshly made and served HOT. I regret not trying a beef burger at a joint like this, but decided to get the grilled chicken burger since it was my very first time visiting this location. Definitely check this burger joint out and get ready to munch a massive messy burger!
