One of the best ramen bowls I’ve eaten. The broth was rich and flavourful, salty in a way that it just perfectly complements the noodles. The noodles were also great, maybe a few seconds of cooking too soft. The toppings were all close to perfect and they fitted the broth really well. 10/10 recommend. Must go when visiting Tokyo!
