Mercado de San Agustín is pretty near Chapel of San Jose. Spanish food is good here. The cooks here prepare good fusion tapas, hamburgers and rolls. Clients may eat tasty fruitcake, queijada and che at this bar. Delicious wine, beer or martinis are worth trying here. Some guests recommend great americano, cortado or juice at Mercado de San Agustín.

This place is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the guests' point of view, prices are reasonable. There is a pretty ambiance and nice decor at this spot. But google users haven't given this bar a high rating.

What an incredible find in the midst of Toledo.  You're expecting everything to be run-down with old-world charm and you run into this modern food-lover's paradise. We did not eat here because we stupidly grabbed food at a terrible place nearby, but I wish he had saved room to try stuff.  This place is like a vertical food court.  There's a wine area, a coffee area, a burger counter, a tapas section, an Asian fusion section and more.  You can take your food anywhere in the building.  There are comfy couches and chairs all over.  On the top floor, there's a patio where people are smoking.  (When we visited, they had some plastic sheeting stuff blocking the open air.  Not much of a view to be had anyway.) We grabbed a couple glasses of wine and made ourselves comfortable on the couch.  They sell tempranillo here - it's a wine you rarely find, but it's awesome.  As is the custom in most of Europe, the wine was really cheap. Mercado de San Agustin is a modern marvel in a very old town.  Walk inside, grab a bite, drink some wine and feel like you just fast-forwarded several centuries. Bonus: Free wi-fi without a password.
