Well, gentlemen owners and managers! What a reception, such a response. Nasty, disgusting hotel that does not match the declared service. It is impossible to get through to any phone, there is no Internet. And most importantly, there is no participation, no interest. Lies in the face of the owner and his daughter. They created a simply unacceptable situation for me (they left me to spend the night on the street, because all the doors were closed, they didn’t give me the key to the front door), they promised to compensate, and then they put on a good face, like it doesn’t concern them, we won’t compensate. Location was perfect. Rooms were ok and clean. There was no room service, TV had bad reception and there was no one to ask questions or handle problems. Rooms: 4 Service: 2 Location: 5
