Food was delicious. Best meal we had in Mexico City. Truly exceptional. Staff clearly take great pride. Love the little Amsterdam neighborhood. Tiny solo bathroom if I had to complain about anything.

A gem of a restaurant in Condesa! We were overwhelmed with how beautifully all of the food was presented and how delicious all of it was here at Merkavá! We had the Salatim (7 small dishes), Matzah Ball soup, Jámod soup and the grape leaves - everything was full of flavor! The Babka French Toast dessert was creative and satisfied all of our sweet cravings! Don't hesitate to come here for a meal! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

NO Customer Service! They have great food but what ruined the entire experience is they have absolutely NO Customer Service! I think there were 2 managers on site as they both were wearing suits unlike the rest of staff. There was and older man with salt and pepper hair and a younger man with a bun hair style. Both of those two managers have NO concept or idea of Customer Service! All they did is just stare! Managers should come to tables to welcome clients to their restaurant, greet your clients and afterwards come to your table to check how all of your experience and service was that evening!! Nothing of that nature took place. Our waiter Juan García was also horrible, NO Customer Service.....but then if you don't get Customer Service from management, one can not expect to receive Customer Service from the staff! To have a phenomenal restaurant, Customer Service needs to exist from the top (management) all the way to the bottom (staff). Who ever owns this restaurant needs to FIRE immediately the 2 managers as they are useless!
