British cuisine is served at this bar. Taste perfectly cooked pork burgers, sandwiches and ribs at Merrie Garden. Nothing can be better than ordering good chocolate pudding, ice cream and gâteau. It's nice to try delicious ale, lager or wine. Here you may drink great tea or good coffee.
Come here with children, this place provides an extensive kids’ menu. The positive aspect of this spot is that the staff is nice. Prompt service is something guests like here. This bar offers you a great choice of dishes for attractive prices. The beautiful decor and pleasant atmosphere let clients feel relaxed here. But Merrie Garden isn't given a high rating on TripAdvisor.

Had a meal few weeks ago with family and friends, people were eating dessert/leaving while we were still waiting for food even though they ordered after us, was two hours after sitting down we got our food, ordered another drink which never came so had to go back to bar to ask for it.. Asked a waitress to speak to the manager and she just said “You’re food is on its way now anyway” Gammon was nice but that’s about it! Was a good place, Gone down hill

Ridiculously overpriced for such low standard food! I wish I had saved my money and bought the ingredients to what I ordered and cooked it myself. Chicken was bone dry, portion size was very small. I left disappointed and still peckish My other half hardly ate his and that's not like him!! I would seriously consider a new chef and change of menu! The young lad that was meant to be looking after us was the only person waiting on, he was trying to do absoloutly everything for about 6 different tables which in turn meant that me and my other half were waiting for our starter plates to be cleared for nearly 40 minutes!! We ate our main meals and left, anywhere else, we would have had dessert. More staff needed!!!!!
