Excellent service . Excellent food. Our steak expert, Sylvester, was very friendly, funny and knowledgeable. The grill chef, Sunny, did very good the food was amazing. Would definitely come again and recommend to others. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £50–60

1 Star – Our First Time and Definitely Our Last Visited Miller & Carter Bournemouth on 16th November 2025 at 3:01pm, and the experience was an absolute disaster. One of the waitresses accidentally spilled a full drink all over my clothes. I came dressed smartly, exactly as their own dress code requires, so you can imagine how embarrassing and uncomfortable this was. Accidents happen — no issue with the waitress. But what happened after was completely unacceptable. I asked to speak with a manager, and 10 minutes later, still no manager. No apology, no acknowledgment, no solution offered. We were sitting there with a bill close to £200, and I was soaked, yet nobody in management could be bothered to show up. It was offensive, unprofessional, and disrespectful. If you can't handle situations like this, don’t embarrass yourselves with a Dress Code Policy. This was our first time and absolutely our last. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
