the food much fresher than most Asian Asian restaurants of this type... Also they are very willing to customize your dish to your liking and they don't use too much oil like so many restaurants of its type it's like an inexpensive PF Chang that will customize your dish for you. I highly recommend it and I am surprised that some ratings are a little lower than mine.

Same story, different day, service was friendly, but the food was not the best. Minh's Cafe has a lot of the traditional Vietnamese dishes that I absolutely love, but unfortunately is not executed correctly. There are plenty of dishes to choose from. Some are the American-Chinese dishes (ie: General Tso, Orange Chicken), and some are the traditional Vietnamese ones (ie: Canh Chua, Ca Kho To, Com Thit Nuong). I tried the Ca Kho To, which is the Catfish in Clay Pot. The seasoning of the fish was overly salted that even with rice, it was overpowering. I also ordered the Egg Rolls as an appetizer, only for it to come out in tiny chunks of shrimp filling?
