Astonishing seared Ice cream with heaps of various varieties and flavors, do consider visiting in case you're not in the city for long or in case you're there in the mid-year. It is encompassed by loads of incredible subsequent meet-ups too.

Minus10 Ice Cream if one of the OGs for Thai rolled ice cream in NYC. I've had their ice cream once at their St. Marks location, and decided to get their ice cream here in Chinatown with my boyfriend. While the ice cream was amazing and deserves a 5/5, I was a little disappointed because they didn't have a lot of the toppings listed and I thought it was really rude and weird that there were two friends(?) or workers on a break(?) that just sat next to the register making it really confusing for the customers whether they worked there or not. The place also looked a little run down behind the counter, which wasn't the most pleasing thing to see. Order: - Cookie Monster with Nilla Wafers, Oreo, and Whipped Cream (5/5) Pros: - Great tasting ice cream ~ I really like Thai rolled ice cream because the cream used isn't too sweet and all the sweetness comes from whatever topping you choose to get mixed in - Great flavors to choose from Cons: - Expensive ~ IMO $8 for ice cream is kinda expensive, but it seems to be typical for this kind of ice cream nowadays - Lack of available toppings ~ I'm not sure if it was because we went at night, but I was disappointed to see that a lot of the toppings weren't available Overall: - Minus10 is a very good place to get Thai rolled ice cream. I highly recommend if you want ice cream that isn't overly sweet
