A family of 4 (two adults, two girls) had dinner on 03/08/2024. I liked the dishes! Obvious problems with the service staff. Waiting time for food to be prepared after ordering: 45 minutes - a very long time! The waiter offered an advertised compliment from the chef for girls and women in honor of the holiday on March 8th and brought it along with the bill; after eating: soups, tea rolls and desserts, the brought cakes only caused bewilderment and resentment. Why wasn't the compliment offered right away at the beginning of dinner? Unclear! When paying, the amount in the invoice was unreasonably inflated. This became clear after payment. The waiter, for some reason, returned the entire amount of the entire paid bill. Although, it was possible to return the difference in cash. The bank never returned the money to the account. The issue was not resolved. We left the cafe upset. Result: 1. Everything we ordered was delicious. 2. The waiters do not know how to count, and if it is discovered that visitors have been deceived, the issue is resolved in the most problematic way for the guests. 3. The staff does not care about the guests' impression of the service.

I ordered one roll and waited 40 minutes for it. Moreover, I was not warned about this waiting time. The restaurant is almost always empty. I regretted coming here a hundred times. I do not recommend visiting. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I've been to Miso several times, as I liked many of the dishes. There are various delicious soups here: the ones I liked the most were fish and pumpkin. Delicious sushi and rolls.
