This is our neighbourhood restaurant. We been coming here (Mission Bay cafe) for years. Always good never disappoint. The food is always delicious. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: NZ$100+ Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Homemade Cakes and Slices, Seafood Chowder, Fish of the Day, Chicken Burger, Chicken Fettuccine

The food was ok but the service was horrible. We waited by the sign that said "please wait here to be seated" so we waited and waited and waited, I eventually walked in ams asked are you still serving breakfast as we would like to be seated. Finally we're seated and it took a while for the waitress to come back to take our order. Order was taken and the waiting game began again, people who were seated after us received there coffees and food, mean while we are still waiting. 20 minutes the waitress came back and asked us again what we had ordered as she had.lost our order. After an hour of waiting for out breakfast it finally arrived. The food was ok but the service needs to improve.
