Wow, I can't believe I'm writing this but the service and quality has gone down since they became a all you can eat buffet. Mister hotpot used to be my favorite hot pot place in all of New York but wow have they changed. I would normally recommend getting the pork bone broth but usually this time it was terrible I tried to take a sip of just the broth and it was very mild and water down. They also forgot a bunch of our items every time we ordered from the all you can eat menu and they would always forget at least 2 to 3 dishes. I think this is a new tactic they're using so that people will order less. I really hope this place can go back to an all a cart hot pot but I highly doubt it.
