If you feel hungry after gazing at William R. Heath House, come to this pizzeria to dine at. Most guests recommend trying nicely cooked vegetable pizza, steaks and chicken fingers. Food delivery is a big benefit of Mister Pizza Elmwood. The staff is appealing that's what makes this place so good. Terrific service is something that people note in their reviews. Prices at this spot claim to be adequate. The atmosphere is charming, as visitors see it. But this pizzeria is not highly estimated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

I've been in Buffalo for about 3 and a half years now and Mister Pizza is my favorite place I've found so far in a city full of great pizza places. The Elmwood location has a small lobby, so not much space to eat there, and late nights on weekends it can get a bit rowdy with the younger crowd coming from some of the local bars, so if you want a whole pizza, it's best to order online or by phone and pick it up. Hubby wanted more cheese. We got the Sicilian with an olive oil base sauce. The crust was a bit bland so go for one of the flavors for crust. Also the medium was quite large, more than enough for two people. We got it to go. There’s a very small shelf and some stools for eating in or waiting for your order. No menus or prices were available but the customer service was nice and helpful, especially on a snowy, busy evening. We like to try different pizzerias when the occasion arises. I can say I was less than pleased with my first experience with Mister Pizza Elmwood. I was near the neighborhood and had heard they had some good pie. I ordered three slices online around 9:50 a.m. After paying and including a generous restaurant tip, I was given a pick up time of 10:20, perfect I thought. I was notified when my order was confirmed and in the process of being made. On the way to pick up my order, I was sent an email postponing my estimated pick up time to around 10:47. I thought, ok, they're the only pizza place open so early so they may be busy, but mind you, I was notified my order was in the process of being made. I arrived to pick up my order around 10:35, I was told "about 8 more minutes". Politely I said that's fine, thank you. 15 minutes later I was presented with my TWO slices. I said no, I ordered three slices. Being asked what they were, I responded accordingly. He went back inside starting at the receipt, came back or only to tell me that he was sorry, he missed the third slice, he only saw two on the order. He offered me two choices for replacement, one of which I had actually ordered, completely defeating the purpose of trying new variations of pizza. The other was the standard cheese and pepperoni. Being two hours after my initial order time, I accepted the cheese and pepperoni, also followed by his excuse that they had been busier than usual and had a large number of personal pizzas going out. So my three slices were obviously moved to the back burner, literally, in order to provide for a lie e lucrative order. I didn't appreciate the wait, the excuse, the botched order or his solution to said order. There was no reason I should be made to wait an extra 50 minutes for a wrong order because they are making more money with a different order. I didn't appreciate that AT ALL. The pizza itself....it's pizza. My customer satisfaction....I will not be a returning customer. Others may have had great, problem free orders, but mine was certainly NOT.
