The Mitterkaser Alm, as the name suggests, is located in the middle of the ancient Val di Fosse, easily reachable on a comfortable road, in about an hour's walk. Here, the Rainer family, also called "Infanglers", after the name of their farm at the entrance to the Val di Fosse, has created an authentic mountain refuge. A sort of time capsule, where there is no place for frenetic modern life and where instead it is nature that marks time.
