Ribs were awesome. The order was delivered ion time but was incorrect. However, I will most likely consider placing a future order and selecting the takeout option instead. I would have included a picture in this review but I devoured the ribs before I thought about taking the picture.

This is a solid BBQ shop. Drive past this place many times and finally ordered delivery from Postmates the other day. Pulled pork is exceptional. Best in the area I've had. Great pork flavor...good smoke, fat, and a dash of vinegar completes it. A touch of hot sauce doesn't hurt. I'll order two pounds next time. This stuff melts in your mouth. Ordered the brisket too. Was a little salty, which I like. But to the reviews saying it was dry, I disagree. I did find it odd that it was cut with the grain, but it was definitely juicy and flavorful. Again, perhaps a bit too much salt, but not for my taste. The sides were good. Got fires... surprisingly good after being put in a styrofoam clamshell. The Mac and cheese was good. Lacked a little.depth of flavor...maybe try a bit of nutmeg or some sharper cheese. The potato salad was a bit of a disappointment. The potatoes had a good bite to them and the dressing was good, but it left an off taste in my mouth after eating I think it had been made too long ago and would have been better fresh. All in all, the pulled pork is reason enough to go or order. Sides at bbq places are always hit or miss. I think they put more into them than most places. I'd recommend getting a couple of pounds of pork bbq and taking it home to enjoy. Splash a little cider vinegar on it and you're set.

Mobile Pig-Nic Catering just served my Company with a wonderful Picnic. All the food was excellent BBQ, Chicken, Hamburgers/Hotdogs with a variety of sides that was absolutely delicious!! LOVED the fried apples. The cookies, brownies and lemonade was great too. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, keeping the food hot/cold, serving tables and utensils well supplied, clean and tidy. I will be highly recommending you!
