German cuisine under the direction of the great chef is wonderful at this place. Come here for perfectly cooked frankfurter, schnitzels and steaks if you are hungry. Good beer gets positive reviews. It is nice to enjoy delicious coffee.

This is place is certainly beautiful and the staff extremely friendly and attentive. The food was also very good. The reason that I am giving 3 stars is that there were a number of issues with the room that should have been rectified before our arrival and did not justify a price of 150 euros. The biggest issue was the lack of heating and hot water. The weather was -2 degrees and no heat turned on for the suite. The suite was in a separate building from the main hotel. So a very chilly walk back and forth across the main street.In the morning we spent more then 1 hour trying to fix the hot water. The hot water heater under the sink was broken and had obviously not been verified as well as the room heating. Again very cold room and no way to take a warm shower either before a long flight. We had made a reservation for the hotel so the least to be expected was a verification of these elements and even an explanation of the room by the front desk.The suite, hotel, staff and food were all fine and as long as you make sure that you check everything in the room on arrival, and not at 6am! It is a cute place to visit. Especially in the summer when the beer garden would be open as well as the kids play area.
