Food was very disgusting and cold had to have a refund bk lasagne and chips was cold and was not fresh chips was from a freezer disgusting

Visited the cafe on the 6th of April 2022. I can honestly say I will never visit again. The lady who served us was very abrupt and rude, also very incompetent in her job role. Then the food arrived, I'm sorry, but you wouldn't serve that food to a dog. We had full breakfast, the only thing edible on the plate was the sausage and bacon and that wasn't brill by no standards. The fried egg was rock hard, the blackpudding was so hard you couldn't eat it this had been left in a warming cupboard for to long, the mushroom was rubbery, tomato was rock hard. Just utterly disgusting. Staff need some serious training on manners presentation and serious cooking skills.
