To absolutely avoid, they do not take French bank cards, at least 1 hour of waiting while there is no one there for cold and quite bad food. I note the waitress's effort to speak English but in Lisbon nothing is more normal. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Thanks to Yelp I am always able to find a good meal! I was visiting Portugal and thought I was coming down with cold. When I don't feel well I usually go for Chinese. Hot and spicy with lots of garlic. Mr. Lu more than satisfied my craving and cure. I walked to this location not knowing it was as far away from my hotel as it was. But would have arrived to early if I had used Uber. So it worked out. However, I did Uber home with the new weight gain from my amazing meal. I arrived just before they officially opened. The staff were enjoying there lunch but happily sat me. They gave me a moment to look over the menu. I never heard of or seen Garlic Shrimp on the menu back home, but thought it would be perfect for my "cold." I was perfect! . And delicious. I ate way more food than I should have but it was so good I could have ate more and more! I've been thinking of their garlic shrimp ever since. By the time I got ready to leave the restaurant was packed. Which I believe is a good sign. If ever I am back in Portugal I will revisit it Mr. Luagain! I still dream of this place.
