The construction noise is finally a thing of the past and Corona is also preventing the well-known restaurant between Waldstrasse Quarter and Rosenthal (Rosental?) from reaching its previous sales figures again. I've been there 4 times in the last 3 years, the last time last November. Of course, the beer garden or outdoor seating is in a class of its own due to the location of the Mückenschlösschen. The prices of the drinks and food are above average in Leipzig, and the quality is better in this comparison than in the majority of the restaurants I have visited since 2009. The staff at M. Schlösschen are courteous, child- and dog-friendly and, above all, quick. Kid-friendliness: Is given and was described in the Zext. Wheelchair accessibility: A little uneven, but okay. Please take into consideration my reviews regarding disabled facilities. Less than a year ago I lost my best friend, whom I had known since 1976 and who had been in a wheelchair for about 20 years due to his progressive multiple sclerosis , to this illness. I could actually write a guide about deficiencies in setting up/retrofitting. We arrived shortly before 9 p.m., when we asked if it was still possible to eat something warm, the answer was yes and we were given a table. Everyone in service was super friendly and the chef did a great job. We'll definitely be back.
