So rude, woeful experience. No tasters, when we decided the drinks were distasteful we were told it wasn't a charity. Refused refund on unsupplied food. We explained we were not from here. Told to go elsewehere. Never go there. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

You mentioned to me that you were not from Mudgee at the start of the interaction to which I let you know that we do tasting paddles if you would like to try a few different options and decide which was your favourite and purchase a full glass of it. You declined this option. On the front of the food. The dish had already been prepared when you asked me to cancel the order which would have meant the food would have gone to waste. I asked you to leave the venue when you began to become aggressive and rude towards myself and the chef. I think you would find that in most venues if you act in this manor towards staff you would be asked to leave the venue.
