Musel is pretty near Museo del Titere. Check out nicely cooked laing, pizza and monkfish this restaurant offers. Here you may have good cordial. Visitors don't highly appreciate white coffee at Musel.

Many guests have noticed that the staff is creative here. The fine service is a big plus of this place. In accordance with the guests' opinions, prices are reasonable. The pleasant ambiance makes a good impression on customers. But google users haven't given this spot a high rating.

Sad example of sub-par eating and super-generic presentation. Living in the same block, I found Musel to be a tempting choice on three occasions: Two afternoons for a quick coffee on the way home, and one rainy evening for dinner without having to endure the weather for more than a few paces from my door. Otherwise, I would have avoided the place for its extremely generic presence and apparently poor local fame; even at dinner time, there were only about 6 diners in the restaurant at a time. I'm genuinely amazed that locations like this one actually stay in business. With almost no clientele at any time of day, it seems impossible that they would even be able to retain their impressively visible location on a corner by a plaza next to 9 de Julio, the main street in Buenos Aires. On to the sad story of the food. The night that I dined here, I decided to probe their culinary offering to a somewhat thorough extent. Having already experienced their mock-medialunas with my coffee on previous occasions, I came without high expectations, but I ordered steak, papas fritas, and an empanada as my starter. This would be sure to give me an overall picture of the kitchen situation. The empanada was tolerable but very salty. The papas fritas, on the other hand, seem to have been delivered to me with no salt whatsoever; they were practically unpalatable until I gave them my own liberal saline treatment. But the steak was the saddest story. Tough and bland, it was endured rather than relished, an insult to the city's reputation for great beef. On a more positive note, the service was attentive, as it might very well be expected to be at a restaurant with more staff than customers.
