For the money you just can't beat it. Service, pacing, and food quality was all very good. I found the accoutrements for the Artic Char a bit strange texture wise, the fish was perfect though. The duck confit was stellar and very tasty. The smoke salmon eclair was tiny and crunchy. The smoked pork chop was cooked very well, tender, juicy, and very flavorful. An excellent meal that puts the majority of higher end restaurants to shame on quality and cost. Almost everything I had was restaurant quality if not better! Lots of variety, not too veg friendly but some. The students did an amazing job cooking and the hospitality students were very attentive. I love see all their sweet happy faces while they see everyone enjoy and appreciate their hard work! Were going to have so amazing restaurant in a few years!
