Want to have Kolkata biryani without much pocket pinch? This is your place. Also the chaanp did not quite satisfy the palate, still the rolls are good and also their thali of bengali food. Courteous and polite staff nice food. Please increase varieties to increase number of start ratings and customer visits.

Thank God this place has closed down!! Loved the biriyani as it was the only place where we got Kolkata-style biriyani; had biriyani, egg roll and momo numerous times before the taste as well as quality started Tto go down. We completely stopped taking food from here the day we found an iron nail and a dead cockroach in the mutton biriyani.

The search for kolkata style biryani led me to this place. After going through all reviews decided to try this place for some kolkatan biryani and today i headed towards this place during lunch break from office. Its such a small place squized between two stores that its hard to find, had to resort to google maps to locate it. There's simply no ambience, some sitting setups n few fans, thats it. They even dont have any waiters or anybody, one person thats it. I ordered a biryani, service was prompt but they dont provide any raita or curd with the biryani and you will be forced to order some curry item and i had to order a chicken chap. The biryani was delicious, it wasnt piping hot but it was close enough to the real kolkatan biryani. The chicken chap was stale, must be previous night's. They should seriously try to avoid giving stale food.
