The taste of the mild cold noodle broth is excellent. It's been an hour since I ate it, but the taste of the premium broth still lingers in my mouth. Even though there were a lot of customers, the restaurant was spacious so we ate without waiting at 11:30 a.m. on a Friday. The noodles and beef tasted ordinary, and the buckwheat flavor was strong, so people's tastes were divided. The noodles weren't my style, but the broth was so delicious that I gave it 5 stars. The dongchimi soup and radish kimchi were both delicious, and I definitely felt that the broth is the lifeblood of cold noodles. This is a place visited by many famous people whose names you might recognize, and it is a restaurant that has been selected in the Michelin Guide for a very long time. This is a restaurant I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to experience the essence of Pyeongyang Naengmyeon or is looking for Pyongyang Naengmyeon in Seoul.
