I experienced the worst customer service. I have been coming to this location for years and loved it so much. I placed an order for a birthday cake. When I went to pick up the cake, the owner could not find my order. She later found a paper with my order. She looked at me and told me the cake was never made. It was a big disappointment because I had a birthday party planned with guest coming over. She never offered to make the cake for a different day due to the inconvenience. She told me to go to Carvel or Tulipan. Napoleon Bakery is definitely lacking customer service. I will not be returning anymore. I hope the owner reviews this and improves their customer service.

This place looks cute but always closed. I tried 4 different times at this point. Maybe they have a different business model.

Yes, we have changed are business model to orders only. Sorry you’ve come multiple times to no avail. We do offer sandwiches and charcuterie daily which you could order over the phone. All else, which you can find our menu on our website Napoleon-bakery.co, must be ordered 1 day in advance.

They are one of the best if not the best bakery in WPB. Always open to suggest and help get the best birthday cake. Definitely best chef and bakers como from Pais Vasco!!!
