Really the best bakery in town and maybe all of the west coast. Have gone back a few times since I found this gem. It has been added to a frequent order. Note that they are extremely busy and have limited supply so get there early to get the yummy goods. Just love the quiches, double baked croissants.

First time back since March 2020, since they reduced to open only 3 days per week and limited hours. I arrived at 1:45pm and Everything was basically sold out. I was so bummed. Item remaining was a ciabatta loaf so what the heck l'll grab and make a sandwich at home. Really had no idea how much I would love this bread and cure my unhappiness that everything was sold out. Well, it exceeded my expectations. This ciabatta is so delicious, crunchy, light and beautiful. I'm so happy!  Thank you!

Love hate relationship with this place since they only open three times a week that I end up spending too much money here whenever I go. So far, none of the pastries I ordered here ever failed me. BEST bakery in SF. I go to Tartine only when I crave morning bun. Neighbor Bakehouse is my go-to bakery. Serioulsy tho. Ya'll are annoying for playing hard to get, and only opening three times a week *hmph* But, if that's the reason why pastries taste so yummy. fine. I'll deal with that.
