The staff is friendly and attentive, and the manager Chad is always around to make sure everyone is having a good time. The highlight of the restaurant is their signature pimento cheese fries, which are definitely worth the trip. My husband and I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this restaurant. We were quoted a 20–30 minute wait but ended up waiting 45 minutes to an hour, all while watching the owner seat friends and acquaintances ahead of us. The preferential treatment was blatant and extremely disrespectful. By the time we were finally seated, we were not only frustrated but also ignored by the owner, who made it obvious that he did not care to speak to or even greet us, only his friends received attention. We were too angry to even enjoy a meal or consider spending our money there. This level of poor service is unacceptable, and we will never return or recommend this place to anyone. On the other hand, shout out to the staff and Jekyll and Hyde Restaurant for treating us like valued customers. Your professionalism is greatly appreciated, and we will continue to support your business. Service: 1

Went to Nellie's Southern Kitchen for dinner last night and had a great experience! Wasn't my first time there, but I was bringing my parents who were visiting from out of town. The manager, Chad, made sure that my parents felt right at home. He was very welcoming and started our evening off right! The food was even better! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
