price quality very good...had a menu for 15 eur with first , second , desert, tea ..with view of the sea first line...so overall very happy and the food was good. Price per person: âŹ10â20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: i had a paella veggie and spinash salade

I am spanish so please excuse if there are any errors in the writing. Going to Restaurante Neptuno was one of the worst experiences of our life in a restaurant. My purpose with this review is that if you ever come to Valencia, you choose a different place to eat. Spain is considered the Paradise of good food and places like this only harm that reputation. We made our reservation a couple weeks ago by mail and received a confirmation response, but when we arrived the waiter said he had no idea about the reservation. âOur website was down this weekâ. Seems to me like a lame excuse. After they prepared our table of 11, the nightmare started. They said only two types of paellas can be ordered in groups like ours. The first time I hear about this. The norm is always that paellas are made when they are two persons interested. The paella we had was like those you eat in 11 euros menus in Spain⊠It was supposed to have seafood, but we only got prawns. The chicken had little taste⊠The desserts were supposed to be homemade, but the white chocolate cake was totally tasteless. Probably one of the worst I have ever had in my life. As you can read, our experience was really unsatisfactory. The best title will be Shipwreck in ValenciaâŠ
